Find and finish drafts

Use the Drafts view to find items that are saved but not ready to send. At the end you will have found each draft, opened it in the module that owns it, and either finished it or removed it.

Before you start

  • You can see Schedule in the left rail. By default only the workspace's Super Admin role has it. Ask your admin if it is missing.
  • You saved a draft with a date and time in Email or Social. A draft with no date and time does not appear on the Schedule.

Steps

Open Drafts

  1. Open Schedule in the left rail, then select Drafts. The page title reads Drafts and the page opens in List view.
  2. Read the list. Each row shows the title, the channel and a Draft pill.
  3. Click a row. Its details open on the right.

Know where drafts come from

Channel What shows as a draft
Email A campaign that is Draft, Pending review or Rejected and has a scheduled time.
Social A post saved as a draft with a scheduled time.

WhatsApp, CRM and Appointments items are never drafts. They are Scheduled as soon as they exist.

Finish a draft

  1. Click the draft.
  2. Click Edit. The message Opening Email… or Opening Social… appears.
  3. Ohanvi opens the module that owns the draft. Find the draft there and finish it. See Send an email campaign or Schedule posts and manage the queue.
  4. Come back to Drafts. A finished item moves to Upcoming.

Remove a draft

  1. Click the draft.
  2. Click Cancel to call it off and keep the record, or Delete to remove it from its module. See Reschedule, cancel or delete a scheduled item.

Narrow the list

  1. Click a channel chip to show Email or Social drafts only.
  2. Click Everyone's schedule and choose My schedule to see only your own drafts.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
Nothing scheduled here There are no drafts, or none has a date and time. Open the draft in its module and give it a scheduled time.
A Rejected email campaign shows as a draft Rejected campaigns are grouped with drafts. Open it with Edit, fix what was rejected and send it for review again.
A draft is not in Upcoming Upcoming shows only Scheduled and Live items. Finish the draft first.
