Manage your Google Business Profile

Keep your Google listing up to date and answer reviews without leaving Ohanvi. You can edit your business name, contact details, address, categories and opening hours, add booking or order links, and reply to reviews in public.

Before you start

  • Google Business is connected, with at least one location. See Connect social accounts.
  • You can see Social in the left rail, with Business Info in its panel. If not, ask your admin to give your role access. See the Settings overview.

To post to your Google listing, use the composer. See Create and publish a social post.

Steps

Edit your business info

  1. Open Social in the left rail, then select Business Info.
  2. If you manage more than one listing, pick it in Location.
  3. Under Profile, edit Business name, Description, Phone number and Website. Type the phone number with the country code, for example +911234567890.
  4. Under Address, edit Address line, City / locality, State / region and Postal code.
  5. Under Categories, edit Primary category. In Additional categories, separate each category with a comma.
  6. Under Regular hours, set each day to Open or Closed, and type the opening and closing times.
  7. Click Save changes. The message Business info saved. appears.

Google reviews some edits before they go live. Until then, the page shows Your last edit is still pending review by Google — the values shown may not be live yet.

Business name can be up to 300 characters. Description can be up to 750 characters.

This section appears only when your workspace supports it.

  1. Under Booking / order links, click Add link. The Add booking / order link window opens.
  2. In Action type, type the kind of link, for example BOOK.
  3. In URL, paste the link.
  4. Click Add. The message Link added appears.

To remove a link, click the delete icon next to it.

Verify your listing

  1. On Business Info, check the Verification line at the top.
  2. If the listing is not verified, click Start verification.
  3. In Method, keep PHONE_CALL or type another method Google offers for your listing.
  4. Click Start. The message Verification started — check for a PIN appears. Google sends the PIN by the method you picked.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
Business info editing is not available on this server yet. Business info editing is not turned on for your workspace. Ask your admin.
No reviews synced yet Ohanvi has not pulled reviews from Google yet. Wait for the next background sync, then click Refresh.
No reviews match these filters The rating or Unreplied only filter hides every review. Click Clear filters.
Reply text is required Public reply is empty. Type a reply.
No suggestion available on this server yet. Suggested replies are not turned on for your workspace. Write the reply yourself.
Changes do not show on Google Google is still reviewing your edit. Wait for Google to approve it.
