View everything scheduled¶
Use the Schedule section to see everything your workspace has queued, across WhatsApp, CRM, Email, Social and Appointments. At the end you will have a calendar or list narrowed to the day, channel, owner and status you care about.
Before you start¶
- You can see Schedule in the left rail. If not, ask your admin to give your role access to the schedule. By default only the workspace's Super Admin role has it. See Settings.
- Something is already scheduled in at least one module, for example a WhatsApp broadcast or an email campaign. The Schedule section shows items; you create them in their own module.
Steps¶
Open the Schedule¶
- Open Schedule in the left rail, then select All schedules. The My Schedule page opens in Calendar view for the current month.
- Use the arrows next to the month name to move to the previous or next month. Click Today to jump back to the current month.
- Each item shows as a coloured chip with its time and title. The colour tells you the channel.
- Click a day to open a list of everything scheduled that day, for example Today · 4 scheduled. Click an item to open its details.
- If a day holds more items than fit in its box, the box shows +N more, for example +3 more. Click the day to see them all.
Switch between calendar and list¶
- At the top of the page, click List. Items are listed by time, grouped under day headings. The headings read Yesterday, Today, Tomorrow, then a date such as Fri, 3 Oct.
- Click an item in the list. Its details open on the right: When, Recurrence, Audience / with, Owner, Channel and Type.
- Click Calendar to go back to the month view.
Note
The details pane appears only when the window is wide enough, such as on a laptop or tablet. On a narrow window you see the list only.
Open a ready-made view¶
Each panel item opens the same page with a filter already applied:
| Panel item | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All schedules | Everything, in calendar view. |
| Today | Items scheduled for today, in list view. |
| Upcoming | Items from today onward that are Scheduled or Live, in list view. |
| Drafts | Items still in Draft, in list view. |
| WhatsApp, CRM, Email, Social, Appointments | One channel only. The page title changes to, for example, WhatsApp schedule. |
| Recurring | Items that repeat. See Manage recurring schedules. |
Filter the view¶
- On All schedules, click a channel chip: WhatsApp, CRM, Email, Social or Appointments. The first click shows only that channel. Click more chips to add channels back.
- Click Everyone's schedule and choose My schedule to see only items you own.
- Click Any status and choose Scheduled, Draft, Sent or Cancelled. Scheduled also includes items that are Live or Paused.
Read the status¶
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Saved but not yet scheduled to go out. |
| Scheduled | Queued for the time shown. |
| Live | Running now, for example a recurring series. |
| Sent | Already went out. |
| Paused | Held in its own module. |
| Cancelled | Called off. The record is kept. |
| Failed | The send did not go through. Open the item in its module to see why. |
Schedule something new¶
- Click New schedule. The New schedule — pick a channel sheet opens.
- Choose New in WhatsApp, New in CRM, New in Email, New in Social or New in Appointments. Ohanvi opens that module's own screen, where you create the item.
