  5. Or click Manage audience, then Bulk select & actions. Use Select All, then Tag Contacts or Delete Selected Contacts.

Change a contact's status

  1. Click the More actions menu on a row.
  2. Choose Reactivate to mark them Subscribed again, or Unsubscribe to stop marketing email.

Export your audience

  1. Click Export. The Export Contacts dialog opens.

Handle a data request

  1. Click GDPR Data Export on the row to export all data held for that person.
  2. Click GDPR Erase to erase their data. This cannot be undone.
  3. Click Delete Contact to remove the contact without a data request.

Warning

GDPR Erase is permanent. Export first if you may need a record.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
A contact is missing. A filter is hiding them. Click Clear all.
A bulk tag skipped some rows. The address is not in Contacts. Add the contact first, then tag again.
Reactivate does nothing for a bounce. Hard bounces and complaints are permanent. See Block addresses with the Suppression List.
