Work with guests and album selection¶
The Guests tab lists everyone who verified their WhatsApp number for the event, with how many photos they were found in. The Selection tab shows the photos the couple hearted for the album, with their notes, ready to export as a Lightroom filter or a CSV file.
Before you start¶
- The event is shared, and guests have scanned the guest QR code. See Share the gallery.
- For album picks, the couple has the Album selection link.
Steps¶
See who verified¶
- Click Photos on the left rail, select Events, and open the event.
- Go to the Guests tab. The count above the table reads, for example, 128 guests.
- To find one guest, type in Search guests by name or number.
- Read the guest's row.

A guest marked Pending gave a number but has not verified it yet. A guest marked Stopped asked for no more WhatsApp messages about this event.
Find guests in your CRM¶
Each guest who verifies becomes a CRM contact, tagged with the event. Use the tag to find them later, or to send a broadcast to everyone from the event.
- Open your contacts. See Manage contacts.
- Filter by the event's tag.
Guests who replied STOP
A guest who replies STOP gets no more WhatsApp messages about the event. Respect it in your own broadcasts too. See Manage opt-in and opt-out words.
Read the couple's album picks¶
The couple opens the Album selection link and hearts the photos they want in the album, up to 300. They can add a note to any pick, for example "crop closer". When they are done, they tap Send picks to the studio. From then on their picks are locked: they can't add, remove or change a pick or a note.
- Open the event and go to the Selection tab.
- Check the badge. Submitted means the couple sent their picks and they are locked. Not submitted yet means they are still choosing, and picks can still change.
- Read the photos the couple hearted, with their folder and note.
- Click Export, and pick Lightroom filter or CSV.
- For Lightroom filter, click Copy. In Lightroom Classic, open Library Filter → Text → Filename → Contains, and paste.
- For CSV, click Download CSV, or Copy to paste it into a spreadsheet. It has one row per pick: file name, folder, note, and when it was picked and submitted.

Troubleshooting¶
