Use post templates

Save post text you reuse as a template, then open it in the composer with one click. You can browse the ready-made library, write your own templates with fill-in blanks, or let AI draft one from a topic or a trend.

Before you start

  • You can see Social in the left rail, with Templates in its panel.
  • To publish from a template, at least one network is connected. See Connect social accounts.

Steps

Find a template

  1. Open Social in the left rail, then select Templates.
  2. On the left, pick a view:
    • Discover — the ready-made library, with Recommended for you and More templates.
    • My Templates — templates you created.
    • AI Generated — templates AI drafted for you.
    • Saved — templates you marked with the heart icon.
    • Recently Used — templates you opened in the composer.
  3. Under CATEGORIES, pick All Templates or a category, such as Marketing, Announcement, Event, Review or General.
  4. Under Filter by platform, pick a network to see only templates made for it, or All platforms.

Use a template

  1. On a template card, click Use Template. The Create Post window opens with the template text and image.
  2. Replace each [bracketed] blank with your own words.
  3. Pick your networks and publish or schedule the post. See Create and publish a social post.
