See what is coming up

Use the Upcoming view to plan ahead. It lists items from today onward that are still waiting or running, grouped by day. At the end you will know what goes out in the next days and can move or stop anything.

Before you start

  • You can see Schedule in the left rail. By default only the workspace's Super Admin role has it. Ask your admin if it is missing.
  • Something is scheduled for today or a later day in at least one module.

Steps

Open Upcoming

  1. Open Schedule in the left rail, then select Upcoming. The page title reads Upcoming and the page opens in List view.
  2. Read the day headings. They read Today, Tomorrow, then a date such as Fri, 3 Oct.
  3. Click a row to open its details on the right.

Know what Upcoming includes

Upcoming shows an item only when both of these are true:

  • Its date is today or later.
  • Its status is Scheduled or Live.

Note

Items that are Draft, Sent, Paused, Cancelled or Failed are not in Upcoming. A Paused item still shows under All schedules when the status is Scheduled.

Narrow the list

  1. Click a channel chip to show one channel. Click more chips to add channels back.
  2. Click Everyone's schedule and choose My schedule to see only your items.
  3. Click Any status to narrow further. The status you pick works together with the Upcoming rule.

Move or stop an upcoming item

  1. Click the item.
  2. Click Reschedule to pick a new date and time, or Cancel to call it off. See Reschedule, cancel or delete a scheduled item.

See a longer range

  1. Click Calendar to see the month with the same filter.
  2. Use the arrows next to the month name to move to the next month. Click Today to jump back.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
Nothing scheduled here Nothing is waiting from today onward, or a filter hides it. Click another channel chip, choose Everyone's schedule, or set the status to Any status.
A paused broadcast is missing Upcoming shows only Scheduled and Live items. Open All schedules and set the status to Scheduled.
A draft is missing Drafts have their own view. Open Drafts. See Find and finish drafts.
Something that went out earlier today is missing It is Sent now. Open Today to see it.
