Email¶
Email lets you send campaigns and automated emails to your contacts. Verify a sender first, build your lists and templates, then send and track what happened.
Where to find it¶
Open Email in the left rail (hover title Email Marketing). The panel lists:
Campaigns, Flows, Audience, Email Templates and Manage. Manage holds Scheduler, Business Holidays, Sender Identities, Email Sending Server, Send Logs, Suppression List, Email Whitelist and Topics. Build forms under Forms in the left rail.
Your own email provider is connected under Connect → Email Provider in the left rail.
Before you start¶
- Your workspace has the Email Marketing module, and your role has email access. Each panel item has its own permission.
- You have a verified sender address or domain. Campaigns cannot send without one — see Set up a sender address and verify your domain.
- You have credits. Every email uses credits, and a campaign is blocked when the balance is empty. See Credits and billing.
