Manage a plan billed through Shopify¶
If you installed Ohanvi from Shopify, Shopify bills your plan, not Ohanvi. You change or cancel the plan inside Shopify. Credits and usage still work in Ohanvi as normal.
Before you start¶
- Your workspace was created from the Shopify App Store.
- You can sign in to your Shopify admin as the store owner or a staff member who can manage apps.

Steps¶
Change or cancel your plan¶
- In Ohanvi, open the plan page and click Manage plan in Shopify. Shopify opens.
- If it does not open, the message says your plan is billed by Shopify and the plan page could not be opened. Go to the path in the message: Settings → Apps and sales channels → Ohanvi.
- Change or cancel the plan in Shopify.
Recharge credits¶
- Open Credits in Ohanvi and recharge as usual. See Add funds to your account.
