See what is scheduled for today

Use the Today view to see everything scheduled for today across WhatsApp, CRM, Email, Social and Appointments. At the end you will know what goes out today, who owns it, and which items need a change.

Before you start

  • You can see Schedule in the left rail. By default only the workspace's Super Admin role has it. Ask your admin if it is missing.
  • Something is scheduled for today in at least one module. You create items in their own module.

Steps

Open Today

  1. Open Schedule in the left rail, then select Today. The page title reads Today and the page opens in List view.
  2. Read the list. Rows are in time order under one day heading, Today.
  3. Each row shows the time, the title, the channel, the type and a status pill, for example WhatsApp · Broadcast and Scheduled.
  4. Click a row. Its details open on the right: When, Recurrence, Audience / with, Owner, Channel and Type.

Note

Today shows items of every status for today, including Sent and Cancelled ones. By the evening the list also shows what already went out.

Narrow the list

  1. Click a channel chip: WhatsApp, CRM, Email, Social or Appointments. The first click shows only that channel. Click more chips to add channels back.
  2. Click Everyone's schedule and choose My schedule to see only items you own.
  3. Click Any status and choose Scheduled, Draft, Sent or Cancelled.

Change an item that is due today

  1. Click the item. Its details open on the right.
  2. Click Reschedule to move it, Edit to open it in its own module, Cancel to call it off, or Delete to remove it. See Reschedule, cancel or delete a scheduled item.

Look at today on the calendar

  1. Click Calendar at the top of the page. The month view opens.
  2. Find today's date. Only today's items are shown, because Today is still the filter.
  3. Click List to go back.

Add something new

  1. Click New schedule. The New schedule — pick a channel sheet opens.
  2. Choose New in WhatsApp, New in CRM, New in Email, New in Social or New in Appointments. Ohanvi opens that module's own screen, where you create the item.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
Nothing scheduled here with the message No schedules match these filters. Try another channel or clear the status filter. Nothing is due today, or a channel, owner or status filter hides it. Click another channel chip, choose Everyone's schedule, or set the status to Any status.
An item due today is missing It has no date and time, or it belongs to a channel you switched off. Give the item a scheduled time in its own module. Turn the channel chip back on.
Could not load your schedule. The page could not reach the server. Click the retry button on the message. If it keeps failing, sign out and sign in again.
Reschedule, Edit, Cancel and Delete are not visible The details pane is hidden on narrow windows. Widen the browser window.
