Add-on packs and usage limits

Packs are blocks of messages you pay for once from your credits. The Usage and limits card on the Credits page shows how much of every pack and plan limit you have used. Takes about 5 minutes.

A pack works on any plan, Pay as you go included.

  • Bot, AI and Automation packs do not cover Meta's own WhatsApp charge. Your credits still pay it.
  • A marketing pack pays our fee on each marketing message. Meta bills its own charge as usual. A message to a country where Meta charges more uses more than one credit.
  • Packs are used before your credits are. A bot message takes a Bot credit once your plan's 1,000 automated and service messages for the month are used. On Pay as you go it takes a credit from the first message.
  • AI replies take an AI credit.
  • Each time a customer gets AI drafts on your Google review page, it costs ₹5 + GST, paid from your credits. Each request gives up to 3 drafts. On a branch with the Google Reviews Annual Pack, drafts are free.
  • Each voice input on your Google review page (one tap of Speak instead) costs ₹3 + GST, paid from your credits, or ₹2 + GST on a branch with the Annual Pack. It is charged for every voice input, whether the customer's phone or our AI turns the speech into text. Voice is hidden when your credits can't pay for it.
  • The review page's Daily AI limit, and its limit of up to 100 voice inputs a day per branch, still apply with the Annual Pack. See Get more Google reviews.

When a pack runs out

A pack ends a month after you buy it: 31 days if you buy it in a 31-day month, otherwise 30 days. This is the same on every plan and does not follow your billing cycle. What is left is not refunded.

The Google Reviews Annual Pack lasts 1 year and covers one branch. Buy it again while it is active and it runs a year past its current end date. After it ends, a new one starts on the day you buy it. Without it, drafts go back to ₹5 + GST and voice to ₹3 + GST.

Buy a pack

  1. Open the Credits page. See Credits and billing in Ohanvi.
  2. Under Add-on packs, click the pack you want. For the Google Reviews Annual Pack, also pick the branch. See Buy the Annual Pack for a branch.
  3. Read the box that opens, then click Buy [pack name].
  4. The price comes off your credits and the message shows what you got and the date it runs out.

If your credits are lower than the price, the pack is not offered. Add funds first.

Read your usage and limits

The Usage and limits card on the Credits page shows one bar for each thing that has a limit, with the numbers beside it, for example 250 of 1,000 used. A bar turns amber near its limit and red past it.

Messages Automated messages in your plan, the shared 1,000 automated and service messages, free WhatsApp messages on paid plans, inbound messages handled by the bot, and Developer API messages (10,000 a month on Pay as you go, no limit on paid plans).
Packs Bot Pack, AI Pack and Marketing Pack: how many credits you used and the date they are gone. A pack you have not bought shows None active. A branch's Annual Pack shows under Settings on its Review page.
Limits Contacts, Team members, Storage and Active workflows.

Messages reset on the 1st of each month.

Read the free-message counter in a chat

While a chat's 24-hour window is open, the chat header shows how many free service messages that WhatsApp number has left this month, for example 844 of 1,000 free left.

  • Meta gives each business WhatsApp number 1,000 free service messages a month from 1 October 2026. After that, Meta charges for each one.
  • The number is Meta's own count for finished days, plus what the number sent today. It goes down as soon as a message is sent.
  • Hover over it to see how many were used and how many are left.
  • If Meta cannot be reached, the counter is hidden.

When your paid plan ends

If a paid plan is not renewed, your account moves to Pay as you go after the grace period. Packs you bought keep working until they run out.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
A pack is not offered Your credits are lower than its price. Add funds and open the page again.
None active under a pack You have not bought that pack, or it has run out. Buy it from Add-on packs.
Bot credits did not go down Your plan's 1,000 automated and service messages for the month are not used up yet. Nothing to fix. Credits are used after that allowance.
The chat counter is missing The 24-hour window is closed, or Meta could not be reached. Wait for the customer's next message, or open the chat again later.
The counter did not match Meta's dashboard Meta's reports can be several hours behind, and Meta counts days in its own timezone. Check again later. The figure settles once Meta updates.
