Billing and credits¶
Ohanvi runs on prepaid credits: you recharge, and paid actions such as WhatsApp messages, email and AI take from the balance. These guides cover the balance, usage, invoices and your plan.
Where to find it¶
- The Credits box at the top-right shows your balance. Click it to open the Credits page.
- Click your initials bottom-left for Current usage.
- Click your initials, then Settings → Billing & credits for Plans & Pricing, Billing, Invoice Details, Current Usage and Credits.
Before you start¶
- You are the workspace's Super Admin. Plans, billing and invoice details are not shown to other roles.
- If your workspace is billed through Shopify, Plans & Pricing, Billing and Invoice Details are hidden. Credits and Current Usage still show.
