Refer and earn

Invite businesses to Ohanvi and earn a share of what each one pays, every month they keep paying. Your commission first covers your own plan. Anything beyond that you can withdraw. Takes about 5 minutes to set up payouts.

Before you start

  • You are signed in as an admin.
  • To withdraw, you have a bank account or UPI ID in your own name.

Steps

Open Refer and earn

  1. Click your initials in the bottom-left corner, then click Settings.
  2. Under Billing & credits, click Refer & Earn. The Refer & earn page opens.
  3. Read the How it works panel. A business signs up with your code and pays their first invoice, then you earn a share of their plan every month they keep paying.

Share your code

  1. Find YOUR REFERRAL CODE.
  2. Click Copy code. The message Referral code copied appears.
  3. Or click Copy invite link. The message Invite link copied appears. Send it to the business.
  4. The business can also type your code in Have a referral code? when they sign up. See Sign up for Ohanvi.

Read your earnings

  1. Read Total referred, Lifetime earned, This month and Monthly commission.
  2. Read Your plan this month. When your commission covers your plan, you see Commission covering your plan, and the rest shows as Balance beyond your next invoice.
  3. Under Referred businesses, check each business's status: Signed up, not paid, Active & paying or Stopped paying.

Add payout details

  1. Click Add payout details. If you already have details, click Update payout details or Change.
  2. Choose Bank or UPI ID.
  3. For a bank, fill in Account holder name, Bank name, Account number and IFSC, for example HDFC0001234. For UPI, type your UPI ID, for example name@okhdfcbank.
  4. Click Save. Details are encrypted and never shown in full again. Saving replaces the earlier ones.

Withdraw earnings

  1. Under Withdrawable, check your balance.
  2. Click Withdraw or Request withdrawal. The Withdraw earnings window opens.
  3. Type the Amount. It must be at least the minimum shown and no more than your balance.
  4. Click Request withdrawal. The message Withdrawal requested — we will review it shortly appears.
  5. Track it under Withdrawals. The status moves from Requested to Approved and Paid, or shows Declined. A paid row shows the UTR.
  6. Money reaches your account in 3–5 working days.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
No payout account yet — add one to withdraw. No payout details are saved. Click Add payout details.
Enter a valid IFSC, e.g. HDFC0001234 The IFSC format is wrong. Check the code and retype it.
Enter a valid UPI ID, e.g. name@okhdfcbank The UPI ID format is wrong. Check it and retype.
Minimum withdrawal is an amount Your amount is too low. Enter at least the minimum.
Could not request the withdrawal. The request failed. Try again.
