Start your free trial

Right after you create an account, the Welcome aboard screen starts your 14-day free trial. You can pick a plan now or skip and subscribe later. The trial runs either way. Takes about 1 minute.

Before you start

Steps

Read the welcome screen

  1. After sign-up, the Welcome aboard screen opens.
  2. Read the line under it. It says your account is ready and your 14-day free trial has started.
  3. Read the note that follows. Your trial runs either way. Subscribing now only means you keep going without a break when the trial ends.

Choose how many users

  1. Under How many people will use it?, use the minus and plus buttons to set the number of users.
  2. The screen says this is only so plans can be priced for you. You can change it any time.
  3. Click See the plans.

Pick a plan

  1. Read the plan cards. If there are none, the screen says No plans are available yet.
  2. Click Choose and a plan's name, for example the button reads Choose with that plan's name. The checkout title reads Choose a plan for your number users.
  3. Complete payment. See Manage your plan and users.
  4. To go back, click Back.

Skip and keep the trial

  1. Click Continue on the free trial, or Skip — continue on the free trial.
  2. Ohanvi opens Home. Your trial keeps running.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
No plans are available yet. No plans are published for your account. Click Continue on the free trial and check again later.
You skipped the plan screen. You chose the free trial. Subscribe any time from Plans & Pricing. See Plans and pricing.
