Compare plans and pricing

Plans & Pricing shows every plan with what it includes. You can pick a ready plan, build your own, apply a coupon and pay. Every plan includes all modules, billed monthly, in INR. Takes about 5 minutes.

Before you start

Steps

Open Plans and Pricing

  1. Click your initials in the bottom-left corner, then click Settings.
  2. Under Billing & credits, click Plans & Pricing.
  3. Read the banner at the top for your licence status.

Compare plans

  1. Read each plan card: its name, Billed per user, Highlights and Everything in the plan before it, plus what is new.
  2. Check Contacts, the most people your plan holds: Pay as you go 10,000, Starter 20,000, Growth 30,000, Scale 75,000 and Pro unlimited. Each contact past that limit is 5 paise, taken from your balance.
  3. Check Automated + service messages a month: 1,000 on every paid plan, and pay per message on Pay as you go. The 1,000 covers automated (bot) and service messages together. Past it, bot messages are charged at the Extra automated message rate of your plan and service messages at Meta's rate (Meta pricing, effective 1 October 2026). Each Email costs 5 paise on every plan. These come out of your credits.
  4. Check Add-ons such as Extra user seat. You can also buy Bot, AI and Marketing packs from your credits on any plan. See Add-on packs and usage limits.
  5. For custom needs, click Contact us or Let's talk on the Enterprise card. It opens an email to the sales team.

Build your own plan

  1. Click Build your own plan (BUILD YOUR OWN).
  2. Pick the modules and users you need. The summary shows the total.

Subscribe

  1. Click Choose this plan on a plan card.
  2. On Complete your subscription, type your Billing email. Invoices and receipts are sent here.
  3. Under Have a coupon?, type the Coupon code and click Apply. The line Coupon and your code applied appears.
  4. Check the GST line and Amount due. If credits cover it, the button reads Confirm — nothing to pay.
  5. Complete the payment. The page shows Confirming your payment…. If you paid but it still waits, click I have already paid or Check again.

Switch or downgrade

  1. Click Choose a different plan, then Confirm switch.
  2. A downgrade asks Downgrade plan?. It starts at your next renewal, and you keep your current plan until then.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
Enter a valid billing email first. The billing email is empty or wrong. Retype it.
No plans are available for this account right now. No plan is published for you. Click Contact us.
Your plan holds … contacts. Each extra one is 5 paise from your balance, and your balance is too low. You are past your plan's contact limit and the balance cannot pay for another contact. A person who messages you first is not refused. Top up your balance, move to a bigger plan, or delete contacts you no longer need.
