Contacts

Contacts holds the people your business talks to. WhatsApp, Email, Commerce and CRM all read the same record, so a change here shows everywhere. Use these guides to add, find, call, email, group and protect your contacts.

Where to find it: open Contacts in the left rail.

Leads

Leads are not in Contacts. They are on CRM → Leads. When you add a person in Contacts, they are added as a contact and their follow-ups start. An import adds contacts and starts no follow-ups. WhatsApp and Email marketing are not affected. See Manage contacts and Work with leads.

Before you start

  • Your workspace has the CRM module, and your role has CRM access. Otherwise the Contacts icon does not appear. Ask your admin.
  • For contacts to arrive on their own from chats, your WhatsApp number is connected.
