Preview and share a form

Preview shows exactly what a customer sees. Sharing sends it out. At the end, people can open and submit your form.

Before you start

• Your form has at least 1 question. See Build a form.

Steps

Preview

1. Open the form and click Preview.
2. Fill it in. The page says Preview only — submitting here records nothing.
3. Click Preview again to restart. Required questions are marked * Indicates required question.

Share by link or QR

1. Click Share link and QR. Share this form opens.
2. Copy the link, or click Download QR.
3. Anyone with this link can open and submit the form while it is Active.
4. Click Copy link in the top bar for a quick copy.

Embed or use in chat

1. Open the More menu.
2. Click Embed HTML. It says Embed snippet copied. Paste it into your page.
3. Click Use in your flow to ask this form inside a chatbot flow.
4. Click Publish to WhatsApp, or Republish to WhatsApp after you edit.

Pause or retire a form

1. In More, click Pause to stop the link opening.
2. Click Archive to hide it, or Delete to remove it.

Troubleshooting

Issue	Cause	Fix
The link says the form is closed.	It is paused or a draft.	Set Status to Active.
Preview answers are not in Responses.	Preview never records.	Submit from the real link to test.
