Buy the Annual Pack for a branch

The Google Reviews Annual Pack covers one branch's review page for 1 year. It costs ₹1,000 + GST per branch, paid from your credits. Takes about 2 minutes.

What you get

Voice input ₹3 + GST per voice input (one tap of Speak instead). ₹2 + GST per voice input.
Daily AI limit, and up to 100 voice inputs a day per branch Apply. Still apply.
  • The pack covers only the branch you buy it for. Each branch needs its own pack. See Manage branches.
  • Voice input is charged whether the customer's phone or our AI turns the speech into text.
  • After the year, drafts go back to ₹5 + GST and voice to ₹3 + GST.

Before you start

Steps

Buy it from the branch's Settings

  1. Click More on the left rail, then select Google Reviews → Review page.
  2. In Branch: at the top, pick the branch.
  3. Go to Settings.
  4. Click Buy Annual Pack. If the branch already has an active pack, the button reads Extend by a year.
  5. Check the branch and the price, then click Buy, or Extend.

Buy it from the Credits page

  1. Open the Credits page. See Credits and billing in Ohanvi.
  2. Under Add-on packs, on the Google Reviews Annual Pack card, click Buy.
  3. If you have several branches, pick one under Which branch?.
  4. Check the branch and the price, then click Buy, or Extend if the branch already has an active pack.

The price comes off your credits and Settings on the branch's Review page shows the date the pack ends.

Extend the pack

Buy the pack again for the same branch.

  • While it is active: it runs a year past its current end date. No days are lost.
  • After it has ended: a new pack starts on the day you buy it and runs for 1 year.

Troubleshooting

Issue Cause Fix
Could not buy the pack with Not enough wallet balance. Add money to buy the Google Reviews Annual Pack. Your credits are lower than ₹1,000. Click Add funds in the message, add funds, then buy again. See Add funds.
Buy on the pack's card on Credits is grey, with Add ₹… more to your credits first Your credits are lower than ₹1,000. Add funds and open Credits again.
No Google review page yet when you buy on Credits The pack is bought for one branch's review page, and none is set up yet. Set up the branch's review page first. See Get more Google reviews.
Buy Annual Pack is missing, or Credits shows no Add-on packs Your workspace is billed through Shopify, or your billing status is still loading. Wait a moment and open the page again. A workspace billed through Shopify can't buy the pack. See Manage a plan billed through Shopify.
Drafts still cost ₹5 on a branch The pack was bought for another branch, or it has ended. Check Branch: at the top, then check the end date under Settings. Buy the pack for this branch.
Customers see Drafts aren't available right now. with a pack AI review drafts is off, or the Daily AI limit is reached. The pack doesn't lift the limit. Turn on AI review drafts, or raise the Daily AI limit.
Customers don't see Speak instead with a pack Voice input is off, your credits can't cover ₹2, or the branch already had 100 voice inputs today. Voice still costs ₹2 + GST with the pack. Turn on Voice input under More settings, or add funds. After 100 voice inputs, voice comes back the next day.
