Connect a social media account

Authorize a brand channel so posts can be drafted, approved, and scheduled from Ohanvi.

Before you start

• You are signed in as an Ohanvi admin.
• You have admin access to the social page or channel.
• Pop-ups are allowed in your browser for the authorization window.

Connect the account

1. Open Social from the left navigation.
2. Select Connected accounts.
3. Choose the channel you want to connect.
4. Click Connect.
5. Sign in to the channel account.
6. Approve the requested permissions.
7. Return to Ohanvi after the success message appears.

Verify the connection

1. Check that the account status shows Connected.
2. Confirm the correct page name and profile image appear.
3. Create a short draft post.
4. Confirm the connected page appears in the channel picker.

Next steps

• Create a post calendar.
• Invite reviewers for approval.
• Schedule the first post from the composer.
